Maturity Assessment is a structured evaluation of an organization’s capabilities, processes, and controls against defined maturity models and best practices. It includes Governance Maturity Assessment to evaluate leadership oversight, policies, decision-making, and accountability structures, and Cyber Security Maturity Assessment to assess the effectiveness of security controls, resilience, and response capabilities. The assessment measures current maturity levels across people, process, and technology. It highlights strengths, weaknesses, and improvement areas.
